PRPDUCT INTRODUCTION
Model SS6000 and SS4000 self-propelled chip spreader, a kind of special equipment spreading kinds of chips with sizes no more than 30mm, is one of the key equipment in chip sealing construction. A specified size chip can be spread on the road surface or road base continuously, quantitatively, evenly right after the asphalt spraying. It is mainly used to spread aggregate/chips for construction of upper course on low-grade highway or for construction of new surface by chip sealing technology. It also can be used for paving maintenance on the surface of high graded road.
The lowing type SS3000C, SS3500A and tailgate type XS3000B chip spreader, are suitable to spread aggregate for construction of under sealing coat on high graded asphalt pavement, also can be applied to spread chips on how graded road for construction of top sealing coat.

SS4000 & SS6000 Self-propelled Chip Spreader
- Wide range of spreading quantity can meet the spreading requirements for variety of aggregates.
- Infinite telescopic front spreading hopper(SS6000) could provide a flexible spreading width during working to meet the variable road condition.
- The feeding conveyor and spreading auger controlled by the level controller enable the feeding conveyor and spreading auger working automatically.
- Walking system using full-hydraulic(SS6000), moving speed is infinite adjustable and stable. Easy to clean, repair and make maintenance.
- Big receiving and spreading hopper could ensure an even and continuous spreading
- Self-locking tow hook enabled an easy connection or disconnection between the spreader and dumper during spreading. The height of hook can be adjusted according to the towing and position on dumper.
- Sliding pedestal(SS6000) applied to improve the vision of operator. Operation turns to be more intuitive.
