The two-section long reach arm significantly expands the equipment’s working range without altering the original installation method or operational performance of the excavator.
Applicable Working Conditions
Widely used in various construction scenarios such as earthwork projects, deep trenching, river dredging, and tailings operations, effectively enhancing equipment adaptability and operational efficiency.
For special applications such as scrap handling, a lifting cab is also available to enhance performance.
Production Technology
- High-Strength Material: Constructed with high-strength alloy steel plates, offering excellent strength and superior resilience to ensure the arm’s reliability and durability under heavy-load conditions.
- CAE Analysis Optimization: Utilizes advanced CAE analysis technology for structural simulation and optimization, ensuring rational stress distribution and stable performance.
- Stress Relief Process: Key connecting pins undergo an annealing treatment process to effectively eliminate internal stress, significantly improving fatigue resistance and the overall service life of the machine.
- Counterweight: Increase the counterweight mass and reposition it rearward. For the 18-meter long reach arm, the counterweight is moved back by 600–800 mm, customized according to working conditions.
