Quotation & Proposal
We provide a formal quotation and technical proposal, including specifications, price, Incoterms, lead time, and optional services.
Order Confirmation & Down Payment
After confirmation, the client signs the order and pays the down payment, officially initiating the production process.
Production & Packing
XeMach arranges factory production, quality checks, and export-standard packing according to the confirmed configuration.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
The client can inspect the machine via photos, videos, or live video calls, ensuring everything meets expectations before shipment.
Balance Payment
After inspection approval, the client completes the balance payment to proceed with final delivery arrangements.
Shipment from Factory (FOB)
The equipment is dispatched from the factory and loaded by sea or rail, completing the FOB stage.
