Successful Cases – Turnkey Multi-Equipment Tender
Project Overview
This project is one of our representative success stories.
The customer required a turnkey package of construction machinery with very high technical and certification standards, covering multiple equipment categories in a single tender.
The scope included loaders, rollers, bulldozers, and excavators, all with ROPS/FOPS-certified cabins, specific engine power ratings, emission standards, and steering systems.
Equipment Scope & Key Requirements
Wheel Loader (7 tons)
ROPS/FOPS certified cab, turbocharged engine, Tier 3 emission, minimum travel speed of 40 km/h.Road Roller (6 tons)
ROPS/FOPS certified cab, 53-inch drum width, turbocharged engine, Tier 3 emission, hydraulic control.Bulldozer (18 tons)
ROPS/FOPS certified cab, 6-cylinder 150 kW turbocharged engine, Tier 2 emission, hydrostatic steering.Bulldozer (23 tons)
ROPS/FOPS certified cab, 6-cylinder 175 kW turbocharged engine, Tier 2 emission, hydrostatic steering.Excavator (21 tons)
ROPS/FOPS certified cab, 130 kW turbocharged engine, Tier 2 emission, 1.1 m³ bucket capacity.Excavator (6 tons)
ROPS/FOPS certified cab, 50 kW turbocharged engine, Tier 2 emission, 0.6 m³ bucket capacity, equipped with a hydraulic breaker.
Project Challenges
This was a complex and demanding project, mainly due to:
Mandatory ROPS/FOPS-certified cabins across all machines
High requirements on engine power, emissions, and steering systems
Strict compliance needed for all submitted technical documentation
A single tender covering multiple equipment types and OEM coordination
Our Solution & Workflow
After receiving the tender, we followed our proven standard process:
1. Requirement Clarification
We communicated with the customer immediately to confirm:
Core technical requirements
Tender submission deadline
Target budget and commercial expectations
2. Tender Preparation
Reviewed and matched our existing product lines
Verified all technical parameters in detail
Sourced and evaluated new OEM partners where requirements could not be met
Conducted on-site factory inspections
Completed and finalized the full tender documentation
3. Submission
All specifications were reviewed and confirmed with the customer
Final revisions were completed
CIF quotation was submitted on time
Result
Approximately two months later, we successfully won the tender.
The delivery timeline required full completion within another two months, which we achieved by executing the next phase of our standard delivery process.
Production & Delivery
Factory & Production
Orders placed directly with factories
Partial customization applied (including color)
Production progress monitored regularly
Ongoing updates provided to the customer
Logistics & Delivery
7-ton wheel loaders: disassembled and packed into two containers
Road rollers: containerized after cab removal
Excavators & bulldozers: delivered via break-bulk shipment
All equipment was delivered in compliance with the agreed specifications and schedule.
Key Takeaway
This project demonstrates our capability to handle complex, multi-equipment tenders, coordinate multiple OEMs, ensure full ROPS/FOPS and technical compliance, and deliver turnkey solutions efficiently and reliably.
